📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt. If your area is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you directly to arrange the best possible alternative.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Ready-made products: 2–7 business days.
  • Custom-made or pre-ordered items: 10–30 business days, depending on the nature of the product.

You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to product availability, high demand, holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and product size.

You will see the shipping cost clearly at the checkout page before completing your order.

🪑 Furniture Handling & Delivery

Our team ensures all furniture is packed safely and handled with care.

Large items may require scheduled delivery; our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

🔁 Missed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

❗ Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, contact us immediately within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
